This rendition of the Shakyamuni mantra came out from the meeting of three friends who had in common, deep admiration for Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, & through him for Siddhartha Gautama. Drawing inspiration from the traditional Bhutanese genre called 'Zhungdra', this recording was done in a bedroom overlooking Thimphu valley, and was powered by Bhutanese rice and chillies.
