Spore Full Game 45:26 Easy
This is an update/showcase video for me and Spore speed running. This is not supposed to be fast or a WR, I just wanted to showcase some new things and show I am still working, developing, and running Spore. (This run enters Space about three and a half minutes slower than my 41.14). I want to showcase a few things including a much greener/prettier planet, much higher recording quality, and a new wormhole connection! However, main difference from my usual runs is most notably the Space Stage route. This run has no help from outside saves, files, or any NG+ elements at all. This is potentially what anyone could see on their very first play through of Spore. I was not even logged in and I had no locally saved creatures. Everything was entirely Maxis made as if this was a clean install. I note potentially because Spore, similar Minecraft worlds, Spore galaxies are seeded that result in slightly different generations. For example, the starting planets to start a new game could be in different locations throughout the galaxy and the wormhole connections could be different as well. What are the same however are the stars and other empire's locations along with their archetypes are the same for everyone. I present this because I want to show it is still possible to reach the center of the galaxy quickly without help from other saves and to make running this game more accessible. And I want to cut down on confusion about how I have spice seemingly randomly on my moon. And to discuss possibly more categories depending on what is going on NG+ wise. As I see it, there are conceivably three separate categories. One, how this is now, absolutely clean with nothing user made or influenced. Two, keep the galaxy clean but allow for user made and "Spore buddy" made creatures and vehicles (this is what I see mostly on YT). Or three, how my 41:14 is, allow non-Maxis creations and allow for changing/helping in the galaxy. I honestly do not know what to do about this but I really do not want three categories. Especially because some aspects are very difficult or impossible to police and could blend the categories. I have many examples of how someone could cheat and create a third category run but make it look like a first category run. If you have read through this entire thing, thank you!
