“Using up my scraps” File Folder mini album using Graphic 45 Ocean Blue

Sharing today what I made from the scraps of my 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 file folder album. I couldn’t just throw away the scraps so this is what I came up with. It turned out really cute. It measures 4x5 1/4.
