3rd Drone - FIMI X8SE 2020
The third time truly is a charm. I wanted to move up in capability for the third drone. The FIMI X8SE 2020 does this and then some with a 35 minute flight time, 5 mile range (10-mile round trip) and a 4k HD camera. I chose FIMI because there is no geo-fencing, unlike DJI. You get unrestricted flight. As luck would have it, I was one of the 1000 worldwide winners to get this drone for just $299. (The drone is so nice, I would have easily paid $499 for it.) I flew this short initial test flight without the FIMI Navi software. I kept it turned off and flew by sticks alone just to see how stable the drone truly was. Needless to say, I am verrrry impressed at how well it handles. I can't wait to take this out for the first long flight.
