Context/Explanation: Basically in the Mondstadt Archon Quest after we get the Holy Lyre back from that domain (I think) Jean asks Diluc if it’s true that the Fatui refer to him as “persona non-grata” which is an unwelcome person. The reason Diluc is not welcome in Snezhnaya is because after his father dies he left Mondstadt and went on a 2-3 year rampage in which he destroyed multiple Fatui strongholds (without his vision btw, he used his fathers delusion tho-) for revenge. Mans a whole menace.
