Mafia 2 Changing Wheels Tutorial

In this tutorial I will explain how to change a vehicles front and back sets of wheels. The tools I will be using are UltraEdit and SDS TOOL GUI. I have found these tools to be the most simple to use so I have used them for a long time. Please do not ask about tools I do not use. Let me know if this tutorial helps.
