My Scanner PC! It's good to be slow?

My New!? Dell OptiPlex 360 w/ an E7400 CPU. and 2 yes 2GB of memory and a whooping 160 GB HD! I think I got $45 into this system I hope I didn't over spend! But does it run my Epson Perfection VX370 Photo scanner?
