Monster FTB Rotarycraft Steam Engine, Renewable Free Power
Hey guys it's Ausyarr and I've got steam power for you today. I've finally figured out the steam engine and its heat source. Tutorials I've found so far used machines to heat the steam turbine and those machines required power, this meant some or all the power from steam engine just to run it and made power transfer complicated. So my setup just uses a lava source block to heat four steam engines and to avoid over heating the engines I just use a cooling fin block for each steam engine which keeps them at 135 degrees hot in a savanna, 120 degrees in a plains boime. We build four steam engines to get to the total of 128 Nm of torque required for a grinder to work and at 512 rad/s we have an excess of speed. The grinder then takes canola seeds from our wind powered automatic farm and makes lubricant. After all this we have a system that makes lubricant for gearboxes that automatic and doesn't require any fuel. Hope you guys like it.
