5 Best band exercises for weight loss and flat tummy!

If you've never used power bands bands, DON'T WORRY...better late than never. Here are theTOP 5 power band/tube exercises that I use with clients to target core stability and weight loss. Power bands are great to help improve posture, mechanics, muscle activation, core stability and continue weight loss! Here are my favourite power tube set https://amzn.to/2Obu1ev The first 2 exercises are easy and light, great for warm up, muscle activation and cardio intensity. The tabata 20 sec on 10 sec off, will give a great cardio intensity to improve exercises capacity, stamina and weight loss. The next 2, are core and upper body strength and conditioning movements, executed with steady and controlled speed! 10 + 10 +10 + 10 ( feel the burn ) rest 30 sec and repeat for 4 times. The last but not least is focused on core stability, core rotation to increase core strength maintaining muscle activation throughout. 10-20 reps rest 30 sec fro 4 round!
