Makoto, Nephrite and Naru - the other woman

In the manga and in Sailor Moon Crystal, Nephrite was originally supposed to be with Makoto in their previous lives. If not for Queen Beryl, he would have been with her. But for Naru.... Man, why is he always hanging around 14 year old girls, that's creepy!!
