Elden Ring - Elemer of The Briar Boss Fight - Melee/Parry Strategy

This boss really has a generous parry window, and is much easier if you stay close to him to bait his melee attacks for some parry/reposte. I think I'm a tad over-leveled, so it might be a little harder for you.
