This is a configurable iPhone application template which allows users to get information about bus schedules. The application provides facility to, • View bus stops and routes from ArcGIS map service • View bus arrivals using OneBusAway REST API from GTFS database • Bookmark routes for selected bus stop • Search bus stops and browse through list of all routes • Schedule data in GTFS (General Transit Feed Specification) format is used to provide information on expected time of arrival (ETA) of bus at any stop. ETA is calculated based on bus schedule and not the real-time position of bus. Key features: • Search bus stops • View bus routes and bus stops on map • Browse through the list of routes • Bookmark routes for selected bus stop • View ETA of trips at a selected bus stop (ETA is calculated based on bus schedule and not on the real-time position of bus).
