Our Stories, Our Flow Workshop with spotLIGHT

The team at spotLIGHT hosted an OSOF workshop to have candid conversations about period health and their own relationships with menstruation. WVE's OSOF workshops are spaces to talk menstruation; the are designed to center and de-stigmatizes the way we talk about, understand & experience safe, healthy periods. spotLIGHT is an educational and resource website to help all individuals, no matter the identity, learn about their menstrual cycle.
