This trophy sounds pretty bad, but with this method you'll get it in less than 20 minutes. With the Triador Supremo in combination with La Varita Resolver you can see and shoot through walls and get all the enemies before they can kill any hostages. You can easily do this without this trick, but this way you won't end up with casualties. The pants are also nice to get a speed boost after sliding. . Head to Special Operations and choose Maceo.
