How to make Amla candy - Gooseberry candy

Boil some water in a pan 2. When it starts boiling add 1 kg of gooseberries 3. Place the lid and cook it over medium flame 4. After 3 minutes, turn off the flame 5. Drain the water and allow it to cool 6. Remove the seeds and keep the gooseberry pieces in a bowl. 7. Now add 700 grams of sugar 8. Cover it with the lid and keep it aside for 3 days 9. Drain the sugar syrup after 3 days 10. Dry the amla candy in sunlight for 2 days 11. Once it is properly dried, it will be soft and will not be sticky. 12. Now add 2tbsp of powdered sugar and mix well. 13. Amla candy is ready. Store it in an airtight container 14. Please try it out and post your feedback
