And then, came the whacky, crazy lazy league of inventors. These guys left no stone unturned, to come up with some of the most useless and hilarious inventions. Here are the Top ten inventions for lazy people. Number 1 will definitely inspire you to stay lazy for the rest of your life, so watch out for that! Number 10: The electric ice-cream cone We all know licking ice cream can be a gruesome task for some. First, you have to hold the cone, and then lick it very precisely so that you don’t get clumsy and get the ice cream on your clothes. Being too lazy to lick your own ice cream is definitely a thing! Well, this invention can help you with that! Just insert 2 double A batteries and the cone will start turning. All you have to do is stick out your tongue and let the cone do the work. Personally, we don't know anyone THAT lazy that might have bought this one but, in all honesty, there is at least someone that thought this to either be useful or simply a fun gadget. The inventor for this one came to the idea when he was reading, “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” to his young son, where the caterpillar ate through a whole cone and then thought it was a good idea to make it all motorized. Weird thought process he had there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fh96NxniCJ4&ab_channel=pinkpopobrownbear Number 9: Pillow Tie I believe we all know the feeling of being tired when we are working, that's where this tie comes in! If you are dressed in business attire and need to wear a tie, this is the thing for you. The pillow tie is a tie that you can inflate and use as a pillow in case you are at work and need to take an emergency nap, assuming you haven't already made a bed beneath your desk fully equipped with a compartment for a pillow blanket and alarm clock. Pillow tie comes with a little nozzle, simply blow it up, put your head down, and take a nap! Well unless you have serious work to do, your boss might not be too pleased with you napping at your job. This tie even comes in multiple different patterns and colors, so you can have it customized however you want. Wearing a pillow around your neck, I wonder how someone came up with this idea. They probably must have been very tired, don't you think? http://www.dudeiwantthat.com/style/accessories/the-pillow-tie.asp Number 8: Battery operated scissors Scissors are one of the most useful tools. They are used for everything from cutting fabrics, to sewing and crafting, to cutting carpet. Typically, people just use handheld fabric scissors, but if you suffer from arthritis or do a lot of cutting, you can end up with sore and cramped hands. Fortunately, there are rapid-cut electric scissors that can make your life so much easier. Electric scissors are simply a hand tool that makes cutting things like fabric, carpet, or other materials easier. They can be corded or battery-powered and they look nothing like the traditional scissors. They look more like a utility knife with two blades at the end instead of one. Electric powered scissors are made especially for elderly people with arthritis who simply cannot move their hands very well. However, for most of the population, this must be a tool that could only be used by lazy people not wanting to cut things themselves. Here's how it works, insert some batteries, press down on the handle, and cut! This will cut your materials for you with minimal effort and quite fast as well. Again, how do people even get these ideas in the first place? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqyG0AUgf8M&ab_channel=enablingdevices https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wDVki60RGU Number 7: Pootrap Do you simply love your dogs but don't want to pick up behind them? Well, here is where this little gadget comes in handy! Simply attach the harness to your dog and wait for your pet to do its business. Afterward, you simply pull the string that will automatically tie the bag together, and from there on you can put it in the trash. It also comes in multiple sizes and colors. Now you don't have to bend all the way down to collect your dogs' deposits! Simple and easy, right? It might not be too comfortable for your pet, so you might want to watch out for that.
