Iphone Heart rate app vs real monitor

Comparing how accurate using the IOS app Heart Rate Free compare to a real oximeter. I like this app , really handy. It does needs to be hold quite steady and for it to work. I find sometimes it doesn't reads anything, but breaths in deeper gets it running for some reason.
