Unboxing a Samsung PLS monitor - the S24D590L The PLS screen is good with nice colour and excellent viewing angles, I have no complaints here, and I am happy Samsung opted to put an anti reflective coating on the display. The screen features very minimal input lag so is ideal for gamers, and the bezels are very thin, so is also a good choice for multi monitor setups. However, there are some bad points to this monitor as well; the onscreen controls are confusing mainly because having a toggle wheel on the back is clumsy and awkward to use. The stand has no VESA mounts, so your only choice is to use the supplied stand which has minimal adjustability. There isn't any pivot, height, or rotation, only a very stiff mechanism for tilting - it is so stiff that at the time I did the video I didn't even realise it had this ability until is was pointed out to me in the comments - (thanks Martin).
