Just add potato and I do it almost everyday! They are so delicious! Ingredients: - 200 ml Warm milk (1 Cup), - 100 ml Warm water (1/2 Cup), - 40 gr Sugar (2 Tablespoons), - 10 gr Dry yeast (1 Package), - 100 ml Vegetable oil (1/2 Cup), - 1 Egg white, - 700 gr Wheat flour (5.5 Cups), - 12 gr Salt (1 Dessertspoon), - 100 gr Grated cheese, - 1 Egg yolk, - 1 Tablespoon of Milk, - Sesame, - Black cumin. For the core: - 2 Medium size Potatoes, - 12 gr Salt (1 Dessertspoon), - 30 gr Butter (1 Tabledpoon), - Salt, black and red pepper, cumin (1/2 Teaspoon for each), - One handfull of parsley. PS: You may change the ratio of spices depending on your choice of taste.
