This is done for viewing pleasure and makes no difference on the map. jabbi uses net_graph 1, which i left disabled for viewing pleasure as it adds no useful information. Sorry for the "flickering weapon" bug on the right side of the HUD. It has been in the game since December 17, 2020. This bug happens when a weapon is bought with the "donate" feature (default holding down "CTRL" while buying). The bug follows the weapon and has many symptoms, like the weapon icon flickering in the HUD. If you have ever watched the official boradcast and wondered why a player might not have a crosshair sometimes, this is the bug responsible. If you were to spectate a player who is holding a bugged weapon in third person, you would see him holding nothing in his hands. This can also be seen in this video on teammates. If you have a lot of spare time, you could in theory find the weapon model somewhere above or below the actual map. It floats around instead of being in the hands of the player model. For the players, all of this looks normal and nothing "strange" is happening. It is a bug only with viewing demos or GOTV. This also does happen when watching GOTV for a matchmaking game live, and it also happens in all kinds of demos, being matchmaking, ESEA or FACEIT demos. This needs to be fixed by the game devs, I cannot do anyhting about it.
