Downpour Camera Glitches 1: Devil's Pitstop

This is a camera glitch you can do in the Devil's Pitstop level of Silent Hill Downpour. More information below. Video List Devils' Pitstop (1 glitch) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESeVv5L0Tvo Centennial Building (7 glitches) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9JsaMkh2pk Centennial Otherworld (2 glitches) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvNHD1VEX0E St. Maria's Monastery (2 glitches) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fj95mlFqr-I Monastery Otherworld (1 glitch) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x0fIQ4dl4nc Cinema Verite Street (3 glitches) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOKidr_T4ts Cinema Verite House (5 glitches) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MYnr1sdHgI How do I do this camera glitch? To do this glitch, run in circles in the doorway to the room, alternating between the hallway and the room. What happens with this glitch? You're simply confusing the camera by rapidly alternating between free and static angles. Eventually the free camera angle from the hall will glitch into the room. Does this work for all static camera angles? From what I've been able to find, no. The only ones I've been able to glitch out are the ones in this video series. Why does this work? It seems like, in the rooms where this works, the perspective of the room was originally "free", and at some point in development they forced the "static" angle in. Which means if you can do this glitch, you'll see the room from the perspective it originally had. Does this trick work in the opposite way? Can you glitch a static angle into a room with a free angle? No. That doesn't even make sense. The reason this glitch works is you're removing an angle they put in later. You can't add an angle to a room that never had it in the first place.
