The ability to efficiently accept and process payments is essential to the success of every billing office, and MailMyStatements makes that easier than it’s ever been before. With our intuitive EasyAdmin dashboard, you have visibility into all payments activity. Integrating both our statement and payment systems simplifies the billing process for you, and enables bill recipients to pay in a variety of ways. Whether you’re accepting cash, personal checks, ACH, or credit card payments, you can do it all with ease. MailMyStatements enables clients to accept payments on-line, over the phone, and at the point of service. Since we load customer information from the bills you send with MMS, you can easily locate a customer within the system by searching for name or account number, and instantly apply their payment to their account. You can Store Payment Methods with accounts to make future payments even easier. You can even use the Payment Plan setup to schedule a future payment and automate recurring payments on a schedule you define until a client’s bill is paid in full. The payments happen automatically until the balance is zero! Creative payment options help meet the demand for timely payments. Does your customer have a preferred payment method or preferred card? You’ll be able to store that information for future reference or accept a retail credit card payment on site. Was your customer overcharged? No problem – refunds can quickly and easily be processed. You can even print or email a receipt for your customer. Would your patient prefer to have regularly scheduled payments? You can set that up with just a few clicks. The settings feature of MailMyStatements cutting edge software allows each client to establish user access, setup file processing, email notifications, manage some statement configurations and monitor user access to make the most of your MailMyStatements account. Under the admin function, you will see three options; settings, reports, and support. Under settings select the organization and enter the email addresses you would like to receive file processing. Email notifications under the organization section, select credit card logos to display on each statement under settings. You can also setup office locations and setup additional users and their privileges because each individual will have their own unique password to access the portal. You'll have the ability to track individual users within the system.
