HI, FRIENDS:) Happy Monday!!! I am so excited that I actually had a successful maintenance week during my weight loss journey! I know it may seem counter-intuitive to actively try to not lose weight during a weight LOSS journey but I believe it gives your body a much needed diet break and helps to maintain a fast metabolism. I choose to do a diet break during my shark week because I notice that my body needs extra calories during that time of month and so far this has been great for controlling cravings.
