Rainbow Six 3: Mission 9 - Elite (PS2 version)

Alcatraz PS2 emulator, Elite difficulty. dx11 hardware, 2x upscaling, + ReShade. One of the sound channels, (usually the one with music) skips and crackles, no idea how to fix it, i've tried playing around with every setting i could think of, but to no avail.
