Why is Hunt Down the Freeman suddenly "Mostly Positive" on Steam???

Hunt Down the Freeman is one of the worst games I have ever played. It's worse than Resident Evil 6, it's worse than The Quiet Man, It's even worse than Superman 64. So why is the game suddenly getting positive reviews???? ************The Many Talented Mr. Jefferson*************
