Bush tells us they couldn't have envisioned hijacked jets being flown into the wtc and white house, apparently that is not true. we also know now that these drills were going on on the very day of 911, which is why there was no intercept order given on the planes. the same case is true with the 77 bombings in london, exact drills of the exact situation happening at the exact time. this is to allow the opportunity that if something goes wrong like being caught, u can call off the false flag and say it was just a drill.
