Mark Harper debating the Article 50 Bill in the House of Commons
On Monday, 6th February 2017, the House of Commons debated the Article 50 Bill, which would give the Prime Minister the power to trigger Article 50 and begin the process of exiting the European Union. Mark Harper addressed many important issues, and here focused on the issues of EU nationals in the UK and UK nationals in the EU, as well as the role that Parliament should play in scrutinising Brexit.
