SPOILER: You can see in this video the location of the cave (Lat. -20.6614 Long.-65.4253) , and inside your found a blood words, but they are coordinates (Latitude -19.7419 Long. -66.6626) in the left side (East) of the river close to it we find a ROCK with a blood markers, when you go close you can EXAMINE IT , After this moment a Sound of YETI appear and a SNIPER on the high Rocks in South East of you also appear, when you kill him go loot the BODY at (Lat: -19.8470 Long: -66.5600) and get your YETI Sniper uniform! (this works after Patch 4) (watch the video all info is there, i show locations on the ingame map, of the cave, rock, and yeti appear locations) HINT USE YOUR INGAME MAP and check down right corner for Lat and Long position then add mine in the description to help you with the directions a bit!
