A pirate is causing trouble near some old cars. Use a knife to kill him in true Rakyat tradition. ●▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬● You can start this dead quest at the board near Orphan Point outpost.Then use a boat to get across and start moving to the marked location. As you can see here i tried to stealth it but i slipped down the hill... So i thought, what the hell let's have some messy fun !
