Decorah N2B 17/03/20 09:44 Little bird(s) photobomb, Dad warns - slow motion
On the Raptor Resource Project Decorah 2017 thread, http://www.raptorresource.org/forum/index.php?topic=2336.msg525133#msg525133, Sparky10 identified the black bird at 0:51 as a Starling and the photobomber as a female House Sparrow. The video consists of eleven individual clips of little bird(s) getting very close to the camera to photobomb between 9:44 am 10:55 am. At the end of the video at 4:41 there are slow motion clips of Dad warning and all the photobombs. Action on the nest aside from the photobombing: 0:35 a little bird is perched on the back of the nest and flies off just before the photobomb 1:35 Dad wing warns, leans forward to warn with his beak then settles back onto his eggs 2:35 Dad wing warns and leaves his wings spread to protect the eggs 3:16 Mom does a crop drop or yawns
