Calgary Lougheed House Cosplay Gathering
Credit for shoot organization and shoot idea goes to Yousei Cosplay (https://www.facebook.com/YouseiCosplay) Thanks to the Lougheed House for being so accommodating (http://www.lougheedhouse.com/) Series represented include Assassin's Creed, BioShock, Black Butler, Chobits, Disney's Cinderella, and X-Men. This was a bit of fun with some local cosplayers and friends. The Lougheed House is an interesting little museum in the heart of Calgary. If you're at all interested in local history, it's a fun place to spend an afternoon. The video itself was a bit of a journey. I originally had a much more serious concept and I had intended to blend footage from previous shoots into footage from this one. That idea didn't really pan out, so I decided to experiment with a different kind of video. I'm satisfied with the result. The song is Forget You, as interpreted by Scott Bradlee. Scott's best known for his band "Postmodern Jukebox" and for his contributions to the BioShock Infinite soundtrack.
