If you walk into an enemies cone of view, then you will get seen and this will cause the trophy / achievement to not unlock at the end. However, you can "Restart Checkpoint" if you do get seen and you will still get credit for completing the level without getting seen. You can tell if you have been seen at the end of each checkpoint, as the score system will say "Times Seen: x". This must be on "0" at each checkpoint.
