Neat Has Stopped Working - NeatDesk Scanner Crashes

What to do if Neat Desk shuts down or crashes every time you scan a document, and you get this warning "Neat has stopped working; Safe Handle has been closed." This happened to me and tried to follow the Neat website's Troubleshooting Section, but was not able to fix the problem on my own. In this video, I show you how Neat Online Chat helped me fix the problem, in just 15 minutes. I'll show you what they had me do.
