War Thunder - IS-7, the Ultimate Heavy Tank
The famous IS-7. The primary reward of the Operation S.U.M.M.E.R. 2018 event. The ultimate heavy tank. The IS-7 is a battle rating 8.3, Russian super-heavy. It carries a 10 second autoloading 130mm C-70 cannon, which fires the BR-482B APCBC shell, and penetrates a maximum of 312mm's of armor. It is immune to ALL conventional shells from the front, and the armor will still occasionally bounce APDS and APFSDS. Even though this vehicle weighs 68 tonnes, It can still get up to 60 km/h forwards and 23 km/h backwards, thanks to its' 1050 horsepower engine. The IS-7 is easily one of the most mobile heavy tanks in the game. It can actually keep up with Leopards, which is remarkable. There are only two issues with this tank. One, it has no stabilizer, which is pretty painful at this high of BR. Two, 90% the time it is uptiered to 9.0 or 9.3. It is very, very rare to see an actual 8.3 game. The 60$ thermal premiums have ruined this vehicles BR. Other than those two issues, this thing is a BLAST to play. It's an ultra- rare, expensive, and unique vehicle.
