Active Lane Control slightly corrects front tire angles and steering wheel torque to help reduce the difference between the vehicle’s direction and the lane direction which is detected by a camera located above the inside mirror. Active Lane Control operates under the following conditions: ● When the vehicle is driven at speeds of approximately 45 miles per hour and above. ● When the Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) system is enabled in the settings menu on the lower display. ● When Active Lane Control is enabled in the settings menu on the lower display. Push the dynamic-driver-assistance switch on the steering wheel to turn the system ON or OFF. This chassis-control indictor displays. If the Active Lane Control is operating, this indictor is shown. To change the Active Lane Control settings in the lower display: ● Push the MENU button ● Touch the DRIVER ASSISTANCE key on the lower display ● Touch the Lane Assist key ● Touch the Active Lane Control key ● Touch the Active Lane Control setting and then select LOW or HIGH Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations and additional operating information.
