This is a best score selection suite from Gil Mellé 1972 soundtrack written for Orson Welles' documentary FUTURE SHOCK, based upon famous Alvin Toffler novel. Once again, totally underrated film composer (and not only jazzman) Gil Mellé delivered a very inspired score, especially the gorgeous song and its finale instrumental reprise. The soundtrack of FUTURE SHOCK is totally unreleased so far. May the power that be consider such a release...provided some specialty label be interested at producing it....and, first, that the vintage audio tapes survived the aging process. This non-commercial video editing is released for film music archival purposes only. It might be withdrawn at any request or copyright claim from the rights owners.
