Before the error occurs, Windows Media Player is playing an Audio in the Speakers (High Definition Audio Device). When a headphone is connected to the computer, Windows Media Player stopped playing the audio and displaying the error message 'An audio device was disconnected or reconfigured. Verify that the audio device is connected, and then try to play the item again'. Specific info about the error isn't currently available on Web Help. When i close the Error Window, and try playing again, i am getting another error message 'Windows Media Player cannot perform the requested action at this time'. Reason: User might plugged in the headphone improperly. Unplug and plug in Headphone again. Close the media player and try playing again.
