Escape From Tarkov - 'Bullshit' bullshit

In the quest "Bullshit" you aren't allowed to kill any scavs. I don't know if I was allowed to kill them after completing it though. I had already placed the SVD and Roler previously and had forgotten the USB drive you pick up.
