Share, export or backup your Hyper-V Virtual Machine
Hello Sometimes you want to create a virtual machine and save it to be used in a later time. I usually build a VM, get all windows update and configure the way I want then I save on my OneDrive or my external hard disk for future use. Is like a template, that I can import or reconfigure on different computers at any point. So what I am going to show Today is how to do that on an Hyper-V environment. There are two ways to do this. One is Exprot the VM and if you have the newer versions of Hyper-V you can do a share. If you do the export it will create different files and folders and these will not be be compacted or zip. If you do the Share at the end you will have only compressed file, with the termination .vmcz I will do a Share fist. Then show you the export method works
