Assassin's Creed Atlantis Location Guide (Where to Find Atlantis & Pythagoras in ACOD). Finding Atlantis in Assassin's Creed Odyssey unlocks the Birthright Trophy / Achievement. To find it you must complete Side Quest "A Family's Legacy". This Quest triggers automatically after Main Mission "United Front" in Story Sequence 7. That means it's an automatic story unlock, no way to miss it. The quest brings you to Thera, one of the Volcanic Islands. There you must scan the area with your eagle to retrieve an Ancient Tablet and then follow the beams of light to direct them to the giant stone door. Behind the door awaits Atlantis - The Lost City and you also get to meet Pythagoras. This will then result in "The Gates of Atlantis" Side Quest which is an endgame questline.
