With the Guardians of the Galaxy laying defeated at the hands of The Sovereign, it looks like all hope is lost for our heroes. But things aren't quite over yet. Their leader Star-Lord still has one last trick up his sleeve, which will bring the Guardians back from the brink of defeat and win the day...kinda.
