F1 2018 100% Career Ep.32 - Germany Grand Prix
If the cars of 2017 were some of the best performing machines the world has ever seen, the 2018 cars are simply breathtakingly fun to drive. Williams was once the team to beat in F1. A combination of iconic cars, driver line-ups and the amount of silverware in the throphy room makes this one of the most historic teams in F1. They look like they were coming back to form in 2014, when the Mercedes power unit coupled to a low drag design philosophy got them back to the top 3 teams group, giving renewed hope to fans after mixed success stints with BMW and Renault engines. Their determination, perhaps stubborness in keeping that same design for so long left them stagnated in the development race, ending 2017 in a low-midfield car. 2018 sees the arrival of the 1stPaddy Lowe Williams F1 car, as well of a not very well known rook to the lineup. Ruben Manning shown some flashes of talent in local champioships back in Portugal, and that made Williams pull the trigger on the young driver. With a fresh-blooded driver duo, new car design direction and the funding of Lawrence Stroll, can Williams get back to the glory days? come find out!
