Csgo Afking + Spinning in spawn most of the game and costing a lost for me by this 2

Two Csgo players that i got randomly in a competitive match that was afking most of the game and sinning around and around in circles so that they could not get kick by game for afking!!!!!!! They don't even have 300+ hours on record for csgo and I wich they both get ban from Csgo, because they just wast every ones time if they don't get ban from csgo!!!!
