Final Dungeon FAILURE & How Square Enix Could Have Fixed It | Final Fantasy 16
So after my LOVE for Final Fantasy 16 vid, we heading straight in the opposite direction. To address the big elephant in the room. Final Fantasy 16 and its PROFOUND lack of a strong final dungeon. I've seen many people say a final dungeon wasn't necessary to the ending and they were just pleased to speedily get into whooping Ultima's necrotic booty and getting the final boss fight done. But in my opinion, origin, it's set up, the pacing and more importantly, what COULD have happened at this ending chapter. It blows my mind. The side quests could have geared towards Clive rallying the worlds armies and ending in a huge dramatic climax, with deep story, expanded Ultima lore. Clive, Dion and Joshua getting some big limelight and an end that was wholly satisfying. To be at a place in Final Fantasy where a final dungeon isn't recognised as integral, thematically, visually and gameplay wise is madness. Square Enix either ran out of time or done goofed and I gotta talk about it. As ever guys, your views, subs and sharing of ideas/passion is SO appreciated. For those who wish to support on Patreon, its sooooo very appreciated and we'd love to have you in the community character rep!: https://www.patreon.com/FinalFantasyPeasant
