The Netherlands has a five year plan for eHealth - eHealth Week 2016
In our interview with B.E. Bas Van den Dungen, Director General of Curative Care at the Dutch Ministry of Health, he talks us through the current eHealth strategy for The Netherlands, highlighting their three key objectives within the next five years. Van den Dungen highlights that their goals are all patient-centred, and that the current challenge they are facing is to truly “get eHealth in the heart and minds of the people”. eHealth Week 2016, co-organised by the Dutch Ministry of Health, the European Commission and HIMSS Europe, will address these challenges and many more on 8-10 June in Amsterdam – see you there! http://www.ehealthweek.org
