Creatbot DH02 temperature glitching after upgraded
Creatbot DH02 temperature abnormality after the major upgrade including temperature sensing mod. Unexpectable temperature glitch could occur anytime in printing, and jumping temperature numbers from around 200 to over 390 and back to 200 for multiple times within seconds. It is highly believed that the major cause of this is a unstable contact between molex connectors and sockets. I had soldered one side of them and still got glitches, it was decreased somehow though. I could print over 24 hours with a slightly raise in setting temperature (195 to 197 degree Celsius) to compensate it with a side effect of lower printing quality including some oozing. Still, the major upgrade to DH02 improves its printability to catch up mainstream 3D FDM prints, comparing to old PEEK extruder models which have awful temperature control ability and severely oozing.
