I wanted to play a Nirvana song as a solo acoustic guitar instrumental, but do it in a different style or mixture of styles. I'm not sure what this style would be called. It could be a mixture of grunge, country swing, and classical guitar. To me, this Nirvana song (Territorial Pissings) has a special meaning. We played it at our high school battle of the bands and thrashed the stage! Now, playing it as a solo acoustic instrumental, it reminds me of my good friend Nate that passed away on this date about a decade ago. He was a fan of grunge & he bobbed his head when he played guitar! P.S.
