This is the basic green smoothie, processed in a Vita-Mix. It consists of 2 cups water, 1/2 cup raisins, 6-8 oz. of mixed dark leafy greens, 2 frozen bananas and a few ice cubes. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A VITA-MIX: 1. You will need to use a blender on it's highest speed. It will take much longer than the Vita-Mix, and it will not be as creamy smooth, and, 2.
