Synchron Masterpiece: Casablanca | Max Steiner | Vienna Symphonic Library Arrangement
Casablanca was one of Jay's father's favorite films, so his demo is a kind of a tribute. Steiner was nominated for the “Best Scoring” academy award for this picture. Even though he didn’t compose several of the themes (most notably “As Time Goes By”), his masterful arrangement of the themes is really something special and tells the story of the film through the music alone. The “primary” libraries are therefore the Synchron Strings Bundle, but Jay also used the SYNCHRON-ized Appassionata violins and the SYNCHRON-ized solo violin for layering.
