Interview with Dr. Amine Moussa
Dear Academics, Today we are discussing a conceptual model of Ethical Leadership developed by Dr. Amine Moussa. Dr. Amine Moussa is a lecturer, business advisor, leadership consultant and higher education management professional. He received his Doctorate of Business Administration in Higher Education Management from the University of Bath School of Management. “Findings reveal that ethical leadership positively influences employee knowledge sharing behavior. Specifically, the study presents evidence that perceptions of the ethical climate serve as a mechanism through which ethical leadership affects knowledge collection and donation in varying strengths.” -Dr. Amine Moussa. I prepared six questions for Dr. Amine Moussa about his main research ideas and full concept: Q1 Ethical leadership. Who are considered ethical leaders in the academic environment and what makes them ethical? Q2 Ethical climate. What is the difference between an ethical environment and ethical climate? Do you consider negative and positive changes as the values of Ethical climate? Q3 Knowledge Collecting. Do you consider this process performed by academics or students also? Should all collected materials be ethical and how to identify them? Q4 Knowledge Donating. Do you agree that in you model the process of collecting should be vertically connected? Should the knowledge receiving process be verified? Could it be an administrative responsibility by the academic side? Q5 Could you draw by words the ethical portrait of an academic person? Q6 What ethical perspectives do you see in higher education? You are welcome to read Dr. Amine Moussa’s publication «Committed to Ethics: How Ethical Leadership and Ethical Climate Foster Knowledge Sharing in Private Higher Education Institutions» https://jesma.net/index.php/jesma/article/view/73/50 Welcome to the Foundation for Academics.
